Wrong item
I received an item today, but it was not what I ordered. I tried to contact Customer Service, but they’re closed on the weekend. Someone needs to get their act together there!! I also tried to use a gift card that you mailed to me, but I cannot use it, and I have returned the item that I ordered. Sounds like to me you need to start doing a little more Customer Service!! I planned on taking this item with me on vacation, but I guess that’s not gonna happen!!
