Worst customer service ever
I ordered a Texas Ranger pullover to be delivered to a PO Box. On the morning it was to be delivered, someone changed the delivery address to some alternate address. The package was supposedly delivered to the front door...how does that work with a PO Box? When I called FedEx they said they couldn't tell me who changed it nor to what address citing privacy reasons. They would only tell Peter Millar. When Peter Millar called they wouldn't tell them either, citing privacy reasons. Then Peter Millar told me they had acquired a replacement and had ordered a rush embroidery of it. Then they told me they were sold out. What a total embarrassment. I will never order nor purchase anything from Peter Millar gain.
