Open package never sealed on the inside as well
I ordered a TN Quarterzip for my husband for Christmas. I thought 2 weeks before I would have it but turned out it was not going to arrive until the 29th which I get with the time of year and all so I was fine with it. We had another Christmas event by then anyways. Turns out it didn’t not arrive until the 5th so our event was over. It came by fedex and when it arrived it was in a beat up to small for the size,open , packaging envelope, and the plastic bag inside was never sealed as well. the shirt had 2 small grease spots on the collar so I had to stain treat and wash it right away. Stains came right out but so disappointed your company is known for quality clothing that is true but the customer experience is definitely not at the same level.

Bought this a month ago for my husbands birthday. Great quality, fits well. It’s more of a performance fit rather than casual, so if you are unsure you may want to size up. Overall amazing quality… as usual.
