Best shorts, light weight, great colors.
Great light weight short. Run small, I would say they are 1” smaller than most other brands. Colors are awesome.

Just terrible
Incredibly slow order fulfillment. Two or three weeks at the end of the season? Ridiculous in today’s day and age. Just canceled about a $400 order that has been sitting with them for 20 days.

Small waist size
The size of the shorts waist runs very small. I usually wear a 32 but bought a 34 and these are very snug around the waist. My wife bought me two pairs of shorts and both sized this way.

Love At First Site.

Fabric description
not quite the fabric I was expecting. The descriptions do not tell you what kind of fabrics you are getting. Every time it is a surprise . I like the quality of your products. and would like to buy more but not sure what I am getting.

Sizing needs improvement
The material is great and the shorts are perfect for golfing. However, as with other PM products, the fitting isn’t true to size and is inconsistent. I own several pants and shorts from them and all fit differently with different sizes. Just a bit frustrating when shopping.

Great GOLF clothing!
All three shirts and a pair shorts fit perfectly. The look of the clothes even after washing them is excellent and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for some colorful, but comfortable golf clothes.

Nice Shorts
I bought a pair of the peppermint (really pink) shorts at the sale price off the website. I am about 6' 3" with a lean athletic build. The length is perfect as is the fit. Even though its synthetic, I really like the feel of the fabric. I wear a size 34 (same as for the sateen pants) and they fit perfectly. So, the size is true despite what some commentators say. My only complaint is that the garment does have small wrinkles, which is a bit of a minor annoyance. This is my second purchase of the Shackleford shorts and I am glad to add this pair to my summer wardrobe.

Bad sizing
These shorts have no stretch in the waist and run 2” small. I have 15+ pairs of PM pants and shorts all 35” waist. These are off 2 sizes.

Color Blind
The color on the website isn’t even close to the actual color. I expect a better representation of product from Peter Millar. Does anyone review the online pictures of product versus the actual product? The color I received was in the red family not the orange color portrayed on the website.

Nice Shorts, but.........
The sizing is a bit off. I had to order the next size up from what I normally wear, so they "run small". Also, I have washed the shorts one time and there are already "pilling" on the lower leg area. Otherwise, very nice shorts! Great for golfing!

Not standard sizing
Ordered size 36. Because all my other PM shorts are 36. These are at least 2 sizes smaller than all the others. Frustrated there is no standard size for these.

These are awful from
Terribly sized, felt cheap
The material feels cheap, it’s sized off by at least 2 sizes. Don’t waste your money. My husband loves the brand and I got him two pairs, and have held up $200 for the entire month over crappy shorts, and even crappier return policy. I don’t mind spending the money on good quality items, but this is one exception to the “get what you pay for” rule does NOT apply. A hard pass. Travis Mathew’a Beck short is way better. Do yourself a favor and purchase those instead.

My husband purchased a pair of these shorts at our pro shop and loved them so much he went online and wrote down 5 more colors he wanted me to order for him! He wears a 9" inseam so we had to have them altered but other than that there is not anything he would change about them. They look great, and the color assortment was varied enough to match pretty much all of his shirts and pullovers. Looking forward to seeing the colors for Spring. Would like to see a 9" inseam option too.
