Received wrong item/bad customer service
I didn’t receive the correct order. I’ve tried to use the website’s chat function to resolve and no one was available. Instead I was offered AI automated responses. I emailed and no one responded. Disappointed by the lack of customer service. The item I ordered was $175. Ten days later I received a $145 shirt not a hoodie. Hmmm.
