Great shirts, very poor customer service
I ordered 2 shirts as Christmas presents. The website only allows for 1 gift box, which I bought for $5. I emailed customer service asking if I could buy another with my order. The answer was no, I could only order it separately for $7.50 shipping and $5 cost. I said no thank you. Then, my order arrived without the gift box I paid for. Still waiting for a response from "customer service" for a credit. Dreadful customer service - you should be ashamed.

Love the tailored fit...not the ridiculous length.
The quality of the shirt is great, I just find the overall length to be absurd...especially when they state these are shorter than their standard fit. I would have to remove about 5" from the hem to make this into a shirt that could be worn untucked. I am 5'9" with a long torso.
