Great pair of shorts
Great shorts. I really don’t understand all the reviews about them being too short and calling for a return to a 10” inseam. Seems like men’s shorts are trending shorter and at 9” these are perfect. Material is super comfortable. I ordered 2 pairs to check them out and I’ll likely order a few more.

I have purchased shorts in the past with 10" inseam. I tried some recently with a 9" inseam because that is all you offer now. They do not fit me as well and I had to send them back. Very disappointing.

Prefer the new length
I know the shortened inseam has been a source of consternation...but i much prefer to the old 10" version. They don't feel quite as billowy as the previous version which was too much like a board shorts. I always altered the length and leg opening but now they are good to go without any adjustments.

Great shorts. Period.
Honestly guys, 9” inseam works great. Just received and played in a pair of sand shacklefords and they are great. Will be ordering other colors as well. I am over 6 feet, over 65 and stay in shape. Are you really looking to project a bro/surfer image with the 10” seam?

i was disappointed with the new inseam at first. but to be honest it grows on you. I'm 6ft. its fine. i would say this season the waist is more true to size. i would love see them bring back the Iron color .

Bring 10” Inseam Back
Very disappointed to see that they discontinued the 10” inseam in this style and all other PM shorts. I am 6’4” and the 10” Shakleford was my favorite short. Great for golf. Luckily bought some pairs before they were discontinued. Would continue to purchase more, but a 9” inseam just won’t work for me. Too short. Would honestly love to see the Salems in a 10” inseam as well.

Do not like the new inseam
Like the dozens of other reviews left here i ask, Why get rid on the 10in inseam? 9 is way too short for anyone over 5'10 and taller. I hope PM truly considers giving a 10in inseam option again. I encourage others to give feedback in hopes they bring it back.

The perfect hybrid
First, disregard all the crazies complaining about the shift to 9" inseam. A 9" inseam is much more of a classic and stylish fit, getting away from the board short look. Having said that, you can barely tell the difference in fit. Second, these have more spandex in them and genuinely stretch a bit making them much more comfortable. Last, they've brought back more classic colors. I literally live in these shorts all day to exercise, hop in and out of the pool, and just lounge around. PM has created the perfect shorts.

Why ruin a great thing?
Like many here. I have these in every color. For guys that are 6ft or taller, the 10inch inseams were perfect. As a loyal PM customer, this is disappointing. I’d ask other customers to post options while PM reconsiders this move

Use to be the best golf shorts on the market but the new inseam is no good! Not sure which cracker jack box the person who made that decision got there info out of but def need to change it back

Great quality, bad inseam decision
These are my go to shorts for casual wear and golf. But they no longer make the 10 inch inseam, and the 9 inch is too short. In an over saturated market of golf apparel, you'd think PM would want to make clothing that fits all of its loyal customers. Bummer.

Wanted To Buy More
I bought a pair to try last summer and loved them. So much I went back to buy in every color but you discontinued the 10 inch seam. I tried the 9 inch and they are nice and same fabric/quality but will not buy anymore until the 10 inch inseams come back. Much prefer the 10 inch!!!

New Inseam is too Short
I had these in every color and was incredibly disappointed to see new colors but with a shorter inseam. I am 6'1" with long legs and the 10" inseam was perfect. Sadly I will now have to buy shorts elsewhere because none of your shorts have this length.

Do not like new inseam
PM already has plenty of shorts with 9 inch inseam. This product was perfect at 10 inch.. now as a taller male. the short is TOO short. Please make it in 10inch again. Thanks , from all the taller males (anyone over 5'9).

Love these short, why are they not offered in 10"?
I absolutely love these shorts for everything from golf to an evening out with friends. I am 6'7" and wear a 32" waist. The 10" inseam shorts were PERFECT for me but for some reason they have made these 9" now. I would recommend these for my shorter friends but so disappointing they aren't offered in 10" anymore. PM is abandoning folks that need a longer inseam...

Why fix what isn't broken?
after all these years This short was perfect in the 10in .. now its super short on the leg. (they already have tons of 8 and 9in options) and the waste is very flimsy and flexible.. looks like i will be finding a new shorts brand.. hopefully they take feedback seriously and go back to the old measurements for this particular shorts
