Quality Product
I own all the colors and several in black, tan, white and blues. High quality, they hold up well. The fabric is wash and wear and the colors do not fade.

Very Comfortable Shorts

salem high drape shorts
I love these shorts but;
1) The fit is a bit different than a similar pair I bought last year (tighter)
2) I do not like the inclusion of a inserted elastic thin band around the waist..not necessary IMHO

Love slimmer style of classic fit
I owned at least 5 pairs of the previous Salem short. While I loved the quality, I found them to be on the “baggy” side for an older guy with a shrinking derrière and needed alterations. Newer version has a slimmer style (although not “tailored fit”) yet maintains the dressier profile which I liked in the original version.

Ok Shorts Old Style (2019) was better
The new style has a bit more stretch but more of a longer, snug fit. The older style was better and fit better.

Telephone Order Desk Was Excellent
Purchased 2 pair Salem shorts. The product is always excellent, and I’ve ordered a few times in the past. Tried to order online, but due to a fault on the order page, the system wouldn’t take my CC. I tried the “Support” button on the bottom right of the page, but that didn’t work out well. The response was prompt, but basically said there’s nothing we can do, so go to Nordstrom’s or something. I tried again, explaining I was a repeat customer, but again the response said sorry, we can’t take your order. Somewhat nonplussed, I spotted a phone number included in the second response. I called, and the gentleman was great, took the order, my (same) CC, confirmed everything and done. Pleasant and efficient, great service.

Odd fit for my body
Maybe this is meant for slimmer body type but it did not look good on me at all. I own many pair of PETERMILLAR shorts and all others fit me well. This was an exception.

Love them so much, I bought Two Pairs
Nice White Shorts are hard to find. Great Fit, and very Classy. Great for the Golf Course or Social Events. After receiving my original order, realized that these shorts ran a little small on me. Return process was simple, and new order arrived very quickly.
