Vamp WAY too high
The vamp on these shoes goes way, way too high. A poor stylistic choice… it means that these shoes don’t look right with shorts, or barefoot, despite being notionally just for that situation. Because of how high that vamp goes up towards your ankle, they make your feet hotter than you expect (just way too much material across your instep), and they just look weird, like it’s trying to be a much dressier loafer.

Boat Shoe Review
Great looking shoe. Sizing is correct — I wear a 9 1/2 and purchased that size and it fits very well. The footbed is a little thin but not uncomfortable. I recommend this shoe.

Amazing shoes!
These boat shoes are amazing looking and so comfortable! I have not worn them extensively as of yet, but the materials are top notch. These shoes are like wearing a comfortable pair of slippers!

Very comfortable, but insole needs help
The insole has a seam at about the ball of your foot and after one day of wearing it started to peel back and made them very uncomfortable. Maybe a flaw in design, or maybe just a bad pair. Disappointed after spending that much. Can't wear them now without blisters.
