Shocking service
The customer service was apalling.I tried to change the size within 24 hrs to be told i couldn't, id have to return pants.Which i duly did to be informed they were sending me exact pants i had returned! After 3 more e mails they told me they were canceling order and id have to order again!! Still havent reimbursed me to my account! I will never buy another thing from them

Quality is good but fit it is not true to size
I purchased the eb66 hoping I would l love them, but they are not true to size and are too small, which is surprising for a classic fit. I purchase items for work for us to have our brand logo put on and enjoy the quality, but polos tend to run BIG so I have a few nobody can use. I really want to be a huge fan, but I now have a total of $15 spent on shipping on the one pair of pants hoping the larger size (2 inches up) will not be too big. Help me love this company!

Nice pant but not true to size
I like the quality and look of the pants if not all the various color selections. The color I wanted did not fit despite ordering my usual pant size. I don't agree that these are "true to size" in the "classic fit" as much as they are a bit slim-ish. Not slim fit, but definitely slim-ish. You may have to size up. They didn't have the next size up in the color I wanted, so the jury is still out until I decide whether to try another color. That said, they pants are very nice and I have no doubt I would be pleased if I can solve the sizing riddle.

My third pair!
These are my go-to business casual pants. I previously bought a pair of these and liked them so much, I have bought two more colors. I like the way they fit, which is much like my cotton Peter Millar 5 pocket pants, but these are better in my opinion. They do not shrink or wrinkle. I love the fact that they are low maintenance and can be dressed up or down. They have a bit of a stretch to them, which provides extra comfort.

Horrible Customer Service!
Your price adjustment policy is horrible and the customer service reps are just as bad. I’m still waiting for a contact from a supervisor that has never come. Peter Millar charges a premium price but doesn’t have customer service that matches!

Excellent Pants for Casual and Business Dress
I bought two pairs for travel purposes. Packs easy with few wrinkles later. Since they are 100% polyester, they are resistant to persistent wrinkles or staining from food. One issue is that the permanent pant crease is oriented sideways. Weird for men's trousers but not women's pants. Still recommend for active men.
