Frustrating Delivery
Overall my first experience ordering from Peter Millar was in one word: disappointing.
The delivery experience was a frustrating sequence of events, promised delivery dates not met twice (the package getting “stuck” in Ohio). I had to get involved and ask Peter Millar where my package was at and that was when I was told it was “stuck” in Ohio. The package finally arriving 9 days after it was scheduled for delivery.
The item itself was nice but was not the color portrayed in the picture online. As I stated previously: disappointing.
