Highly Disappointed
I have been a die hard Peter Millar supporter for many years but this particular item and the service incurred was a huge disappointment. I would never have thought this was a Peter Millar shirt based on the fabric and overall quality. The disappointment was compounded when I returned the shirt and was told I would be informed once the credit for the total minus $6 was issued. The subject line for the credit was "A Gift from Peter Millar" which I did not even open because I assumed it was some kind of marketing scheme to make a purchase; however, when I finally did open the email a week later I learned it was the credit for my return that was referenced as a "gift" Its sad to think that a company like Peter Millar would present customer service as a "gift" While I was waiting for the credit the sale on items I was interested purchasing ended which added to my frustration. Sorry to say I am not anxious to go back online to make any Peter Millar purchases any time soon.
