Lack of Color Option&Customer Service Transparency
How do you know what color logo for the white hoodie option? The website shows 2 pictures for the white option, one with a red logo and one with a navy blue logo. I guess you have to order it to find out. I called customer service to inquire about this, they said it was a problem with the website and then called me back the next day to tell me that it had been corrected and what I saw (white with red logo) would be what I got. I went to buy the white style option online and again it showed two pictures, one with a red logo and another me with a navy blue logo. Apparently the problem had not been corrected. Because I talked long enough with the customer service rep and trusted what she said to be true… I went ahead with buying it thinking that since the screen to click on the item showed that it was white with a red logo as well as my cart, the white hoodie with red logo would be what I would receive in the mail. I was wrong, it’s a white hoodie with a navy blue logo. Overall it’s a nice hoodie, but I wish they were more clear about the color options and that their customer service could provide concrete confirmations and not “tentative” confirmations. Now not only do I have to waste my time returning the hoodie but also writing this review.
