Disappointing
I bought this backpack in October 2024 for work and absolutely love it. It has been perfect for everyday use. However, this month, May 2026, the zipper on the front pocket tore in the curve. I took it to a tailor who can't fix it, and a shoe repairer said the same. Peter Millar said since it was over a year old, they wouldn't replace it. So they are sending me a gift card to use towards more of their products or to buy another one. Disappointing. I love this backpack, and have bought their products for years. But I will not be buying another backpack from Peter Millar. If their standard is one year and then "too bad" then I'll buy one from another retailer.

Surprisingly *perfect* backpack
So comfortable, even when loaded with laptop, water bottles, charges, clothes, electronics - you name it. I was gifted it and didn’t imagine I would love it so much. I use it for work (and I walk to work 20 minutes) and weekends away, including flights.

Elite backpack
This backpack is perfect for work, travel, or a quick weekend get away. If you are an avid Peter Millar enthusiast you need this bag. I threw other backpacks away because this is the perfect bag. I cannot wait for PM to make a matching wheeled carry on bag.

Would Recommend
The backpack has been great so far. Impressed with the weatherproof zippers. It’s missing a zippered pocket in the front pocket and a key ring holder. Other than that, I would recommend this bag.
