Flattering cut, unfortunate hood attachment
This is a gorgeous jacket. I was excited for the beautiful draping hood only to find it attaches with one thin single very long 4 inch piece of fabric and a button, so if you aren’t wearing it it hangs way down the back of the jacket gets twisted and overalls just too cumbersome to function.
This is extremely below any luxury fashion design and how that attachment style got approved and produced is beyond me, and the company should seriously consider revising it.
it takes a gorgeous jacket with amazing lines and even more incredible draping and makes it feel like a toddler was in charge of finalizing. No one who designed this ever tried to wear it.
Lastly the draping effect of the long hood would be functional if there were hidden magnets or button to keep it on your shoulder, draped, but it doesn’t stay.
Excellent design- poor execution of these two elements.
I will be having my tailor sew a more proper attachment to keep the hood on and add a hidden magnet snap to keep the draping in place.
Correct these and this jacket will fly off the shelves
