The shipping procedure is terrible!
The quality of the pants were just fine, but they have the worst shipping program that I’ve ever seen for a company their size. It’s confusing, you get a notice that your shipments arrived when it hasn’t and it caused me too much trouble to order again.

Crazy about all the rips
I have four pair of these and I wear them nearly every week to the office. Not one pair has ripped and no indications of even a small hole. Did I just get lucky? Sure they wrinkle a bit, but that's to be expected given the soft fabric. I love these and will likely buy more now that there are more colors available.

Fabric rips/shreds
For almost $200 a pair you would expect you to be able to get a year at least out of these pants, but I bought three pairs and they all shredded near the hip/back pocket. Not a clean tear but where the fabric actually starts to wear apart till they’re just strings holding it together. Not worth the money. Fragile fabric.

These Pants Rip All the Time
I have bought Peter Millar for over 10 years. These pants specifically. I wash these on gentle/delicate every single wash. These pants continuously rip apart and when I contacted customer service for three different pairs of pants I received a note from them that said "Rips and tears are not typically considered a manufacturer defect, as they usually result due to accidental damage, and as such do not fall under our normal quality assurance policy". From a company so large and as a longtime customer I expected normal rips and tears after a few wears to be respected. It was not. While comfortable and fitting, do not buy these pants as they will rip and tear in a few uses and Peter Millar refuses to honor their customers.
