Size Down.
I buy a lot of Peter Millar clothing. I am a Medium in almost everything I've bought. I am sending this back for a Small and hoping it's small enough. I have a similar pullover with a hood that has an inset seam at the shoulders. I like it much better and the Medium fits perfectly in that model.
