Quality control guy fell asleep
I am a long time Peter Millar guy, most of my items are from Golf Pro Shops, although I have bought button up shirts and pants from their store in Chicago. Imagine my surprise when I saw they were doing College monograms and my Alma Mater the monogram of the United States Air Force Academy was listed as one they would print. I ordered this for Christmas, it arrived on time, however the Monogram was incomplete and not properly finished. The F in AF looks like it was half done. I expected more for a $165 (plus tax and shipping) dollar item, from a company that has never let me down before with high quality items. That said, I was happy with everything else they sent.

Received the wrong item
I did not receive what I ordered. Instead of a men’s XL of the pullover I ordered I received an XL women’s jacket of a different color and completely different style. They are sending out the correct item, they probably just need a better fulfillment team.
