We encourage you to beat the holiday rush this year to ensure that your loved ones receive their gifts on time. While we don’t know what’s in store for the holiday shipping season and shipping carrier capacity, we are doing our best to control what we can in order to give you and your family the best shipping experience possible this season.

Below you’ll find a list of the actions we are taking to improve holiday shopping and the associated shipping logistics.

What We’re Doing:

  1. Extending Returns & Exchanges – While our Return Policy is 60 days for non-sale items, any purchases made this holiday season between November 1, 2022 and December 25, 2022 will be eligible for a full refund or exchange for 90 days after the purchase date. The intention is so that you can shop with confidence for gifts this season, knowing that there will be more than enough time for returns if needed.
  2. Shipping Cutoff Communication – If volume impacts shipping carriers, shipping cutoff dates may change. We are committed to communicating this information with you as soon as we are made aware. Please find our current shipping cutoffs below to receive your order by December 24, 2022:
    1. Embroidered Products: 12/9/2022 at 11:59pm EST
    2. Standard Shipping: 12/18/2022 at 11:59pm EST
    3. 2 Day Shipping: 12/20/22 at 5:59pm EST
    4. Overnight Shipping: 12/21/2022 at 5:59pm EST
  3. Encourage You to Shop Early – While we will do our best to communicate expected arrival dates and shipping cutoffs with you, there is no way to accurately predict the impact on shipping carriers. The best way to guarantee that you receive your package by Christmas is to shop as far ahead as possible.
