I have gotten to the point where Peter Millar shirts are about 90% of my wardrobe. I rated this as "4 star" because they forgot one item in my order. This mistake was promptly fixed and without incident and I am not unhappy with the transaction at all and will certainly be buying again--but not exactly 5 star when an item is forgotten. 5 star customer service in how they fixed it, though. However, if I have to contact support and wait another week then it is not a total 5 star review.
