The Suffolk Quilted Travel Coat is constructed from windproof and water-resistant quilted fabric that provides optimal protection in blustery conditions. The interior is fleece-lined for ideal warmth and features six pockets for ultimate functionality. Finished with a stand up collar, hidden zip-front, snap-button placket and exterior side pockets.

Suffolk Quilted travel coat
A quality product in regards to look and feel. Fits true to size and is an item that can be dressed up or down. Loses stars in my rating because the quilting is very thin, feels like it would tear easily if caught or pulled on something. The bottle opener in the inside pocket is a nice touch, however the connecting cord is stitched in and seems to only be removable by cutting it out risking damage to the jacket. Would be nice to be able to remove it if the jacket is being worn for more corporate environments, so as not having to declare it during a security check or metal detector at the office. Not a professional look. I also assumed it would be made in the UK. It is not.

Love My New Jacket
I wear a good amount of Peter Millar because I love the quality, style and customer service. This is my first Peter Millar jacket and it falls right in line with everything else I’ve purchased. I love the style, details and I can wear it anywhere. I’ve received several compliments on the jacket and I would definitely recommend this jacket to anyone.

Very happy
Very comfortable jacket, with fleece-lined body, long arms and plenty of inside pockets. Fit comes out relatively large, but not as much as the equivalent Barbour jackets. So far it has been warm enough to wear in the British winter (say 5C and higher).

I'm going to have to pick up a spare...
The design of this jacket leaves nothing to be desired. It works well down to 40 degrees generally in leisurely activities, and has every feature one could wish for, without burdening the appearance with a bunch of oddball zippers, strings, pockets, or just aesthetic "interruptions".
Once it returns to stock in my size, I plan on picking up one or two more, because I never want to be without one in our closet.

Nice versatile mid-weight jacket
I got the size L in Navy. I am 6' 2", 215, wear a size 44L Sport Jacket. This fits nicely over a sweater and shirt, especially if you keep the side tabs in the larger position - you can take it in an inch either side for a more tapered look. Blocks the wind very well, rain resistant, probably wouldn't hold up to a downpour, but no issue in light rain or drizzle. Not a coat for sub-zero temps, but will be good for chilly Spring and Fall or early Winter days. Plenty of pockets, typical PM quality.

Almost Perfect
Beautiful jacket. Just what I was looking for except........it was too tight across the chest and midsection in XL. An XXL might have fit but the sleeves would have been too long. I am 5' 11" and weigh 244lbs. Unfortunately, I had to return it.
