Very soft but didn't love the colors.
This is a high quality quarter-zip. The material feels very soft and luxurious. The fit is true to size- I am 5'9" 165 lbs and the Medium is perfect. However, I returned it because the blue was too washed out and light. I didn't feel like it matched the University of Michigan navy blue color. I bought the other Perth pullover that matches U of M colors perfectly.

Processing of Exchanges
I had to return a garment by exchanging it from a size Medium to a size Large. I asked twice to get clarification if the return credit would be applied to the purchase of the correct size. Or, if I would receive a refund check & needed to pay for the correct size garment. Never received a clear answer.
Also, I called the Help Desk during normal business hours & nobody answered the call & nobody returned my voicemail.
