Wrong size shipped, no exchange offered
Really brutal experience. I’ve shopped at Peter millar for years and already own several q zips that I love. When this one arrived, it was labeled as a large but was clearly an XL. I brought it to a local golf shop and held it up to items to compare. When I called to explain and asked to exchange it, they refused because it was a collegiate item - which is their licensing agreement I was told. I understand not being able to execute an exchange in a normal situation, but given their mistake it’s a huge bummer.
