Collar faded horribly
I used to think of Peter Millar clothing as a top, luxury brand. Now I see them as simply an overpriced, wannabe, with poor quality, and the worst customer service fathomable. The blue collar on my $125 polo faded horribly to the degree it's unwearable. I contacted customer service and they made me jump through hoops. Send pix, what was the order number, where did you buy it, how many times have you worn it. Follow up emails were not returned. I expected them to replace my shirt with apologies in order to keep a customer. A shirt costs them what, 20 bucks? After a month of trying to contact them, they finally sent me a $50 voucher, which is pretty much useless.
Adios Peter Millar. Never again!
