Items with monogramming or tour logo embroidery may take up to 10 business days to leave our warehouse and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All online orders are Shipped Federal Express.
FedEx Ground Shipping, FREE
Orders will typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses.

FedEx Express Shipping
Orders placed with Express Shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) ET will ship by the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Express orders usually arrive 2 to 3 business day after the ship date. Express shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days after the ship date. Express Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Some items may not be available for Express Shipping.

FedEx Next Business Day
Orders placed with Next Business Day Shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) ET will ship by the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days after the ship date. Express Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Some items may not be available for FedEx Next Business Day Shipping.

U.S. Territories
Peter Millar ships to the following U.S. territories: American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Normal standard shipping costs apply.

International Customers
At this time we do not ship outside the United States.

Returns & Replacements

Unworn or defective merchandise may be returned to Peter Millar at the address below within 30 days of original purchase date with or without a receipt. Returns cannot be accepted at a Peter Millar retail location.

Returns with an Original Sales Receipt
Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for a return. A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.

Returns with a Return/Exchange or Gift Receipt
Online refunds will be issued in the form of a merchandise exchange for the price paid.

Returns without a Receipt
Online refunds will defer to account history and price paid of order number, if provided by customer. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Returning or Exchanging Items

  1. Detach the top customer portion of the return form for your records.
  2. Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the bottom portion of the return form and note the reason why.
  3. Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order. If you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want by filling in the reverse side of the return form. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order.
  4. Circle the name and address where we should send the check or exchange. If you want it sent to a different address, please complete the box on the reverse side of the return form.
  5. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form. We've provided a return label as part of the return form. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Send returns to:

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

Credit Card Refunds
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

If we are unable to process your credit card please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Sales Tax Policy
Tax is applied in states where we have a physical presence and is applied to merchandise, shipping, and handling. Some of the items in your order may be taxable and others may be non-taxable. Likewise, some taxable items may be a taxed at a different rate than other taxable items in your order. Tax is also applied to the shipping charges associated to the taxable items in your order.

If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping of that item, as the shipping charges are nonrefundable once an item has indeed been shipped.
